We truly believe we create some of the most beautiful products, and we want every order to meet your expectations.


Terms of Refund (Non-Personalised Items)

1. For non-personalised items, refunds are not available unless the delivered product is damaged or defective.

2. If you receive a damaged, defective, or missing product, an unboxing video is mandatory to raise a claim, Unboxing video must be taken with the courier bag sealed as soon as you receive the parcel from courier partner. No cuts or No video clip breaks allowed. 
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days after the product is returned to us.


How to Record an Unboxing Video (Short & Clear)

  1. Set up your camera in good lighting on a stable surface. 

  2. Clearly show the shipping label (tracking number + address). 

  3. Show all sides of the package to confirm it is sealed. 

  4. Record the entire unboxing in one continuous shot without cuts. 

  5. Show all contents clearly.

  6. If there is an issue:

    • Damaged: Show close-up of the damage.

    • Missing: Show all items received.

    • Wrong item: Show incorrect item along with the shipping label without clip cuts or breaks.


Product Variation Disclaimer – No Refund Policy

Please note that the product you receive may not be identical to the images or videos shown on our website or social media platforms. For items such as oxidised jhumkas, stud earrings, and similar products, variations in color, shape, design, or size may occur due to stock availability and ongoing manufacturing updates.

These variations are normal and do not qualify for refunds or returns.
Product availability, design batches, and internal factors may cause slight differences from what you may have seen online.


Prepaid Order

3. Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances once placed.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, cancellation is allowed through the “Cancel Order” button in the confirmation SMS or during the confirmation call or you can manually email for cancellation at support@eleganceaffair.com or call or Whatsapp to cancel on +91 9665197951 

Failure to accept delivery under any condition or providing an incorrect address may lead to delays, and reshipping charges may apply.


Important:

  • Without an unboxing video, we cannot process refunds or replacements.

  • If more than 24 hours have passed since the date and time of delivery, no returns, exchanges, or refunds can be processed under any circumstances.

No Refunds On This Products Under Any Circumstances -

  • Personalized All Type Of Name Necklaces, Rings, Bracelets & Custom Orders
  • Fimo Name Beads Necklaces.

  • Sale items, Free gifts, or promotional freebies

  • Earrings / Payal/ Anklet (due to hygiene)

If our team decided to process a refund- the approved cancellations will be subject to a Non-Refundable Processing & Customization Fee. This fee will be a percentage of your total order value (25%) or a fixed amount, Depends on the decision of the management.

  • Why is this fee charged? This fee is not a penalty. It covers the non-refundable charges we pay to platforms (like Website and Payment Gateway and, more importantly, it covers the costs associated with materials, labor, and administrative work that has already begun for your unique item.

Self-Ship Return Instructions

Please note: We do not offer return pickup. All return shipments must be self-shipped by the customer, and the shipping cost must be borne by the customer.

How to Self-Ship Your Return:

  1. Pack the product securely in the courier bag and seal it properly to avoid damage.

  2. Use any reliable courier service and share the courier details with us by email or WhatsApp.

  3. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in saleable condition with all tags and labels intact.

  4. Once we receive the product, a quality check will be done and the report will be shared with you.

  5. If any item is missing, damaged, or used, refund for that item will not be processed.

  6. Refund processing time: 7–10 days after the product reaches our warehouse.
