Welcome to Elegance Affair. By accessing or using our website www.eleganceaffair.com, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any order.


 

1. General

Elegance Affair is a sole proprietorship based in Vasai West, Mumbai, Maharashtra. These terms govern all transactions made through our website.

We reserve the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of those changes.


 

2. Product Information

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color or finish may occur due to screen differences or the handmade nature of customized jewelry.

All name necklaces or customized items are made to order and are not eligible for return unless defective.


 

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We accept the following payment methods:

  1.  UPI
  2.  Credit/Debit Cards
  3.  Net Banking
  4.  Razorpay
  5.  GoKwik (Payment Portal)
  6.  COD (Cash on Delivery – available on select orders)

Free shipping is available on prepaid orders. COD orders may carry additional charges based on order value and location.


 

4. Order Confirmation & Shipping

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 4 to 7 business days.

We currently ship only within India. You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.


 

5. Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, especially for personalized items. Please double-check your details before confirming your order.


 

6. Return & Exchange

Returns are only accepted in case of a defective product, and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Returns are subject to team approval and may result in either a full refund or exchange.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, images, text, graphics, and product designs, are the intellectual property of Elegance Affair and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.


 

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. All products are used at the buyer’s discretion and responsibility.

9. Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or differences arising out of or in connection with the use of this website, the sale of products, or any related matters shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

By using this website, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections based on venue or inconvenient forum.
